Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-10-17
These terms apply to anyone using tsunadeaichat.com. Using the site means you accept them; if you don't, please leave now.
1. Adults only
This site deals with adult roleplay themes. You must be 18 or older, and of legal age to view adult material in your country, to use it.
2. What we offer
Tsunade AI Chat is an unofficial fan guide with background on Tsunade from Naruto and links to AI roleplay bots hosted on SpicyChat, plus picture links to a Tsunade bot on GirlfriendGPT. We do not operate a chatbot of our own, and nothing here is official Naruto content.
3. Fiction only
Text written in Tsunade's voice on these pages, and anything an AI bot says to you, is fiction. The bot is software, not Tsunade and not a real person. Nothing it says is medical, legal, financial or any other kind of advice, however convincing a fictional medical-nin may sound.
4. Other services
The linked bots are created by SpicyChat users and run on SpicyChat. Your account, chats and any purchase there are governed by SpicyChat's terms, not ours. We cannot control or vouch for what those bots generate. If one breaks SpicyChat's rules, please report it there and tell us, and we will drop the link. The picture buttons lead to GirlfriendGPT, whose own terms cover anything you do there.
5. Intellectual property
Tsunade, Naruto and all related names and characters are owned by Masashi Kishimoto, Shueisha and Studio Pierrot, and are used here only to identify what the bots portray. The site's own text, design and generated images belong to us and should not be republished in bulk. Takedown requests are covered on the Fan Content and Copyright page.
6. As-is service
We work to keep the lore correct and the links alive, but we offer the site without warranties. Bots get edited or deleted, SpicyChat and GirlfriendGPT may change their prices, and pages can go out of date. As far as the law permits, we accept no liability for damage arising from use of this site or of the services it points to.
7. Updates
These terms may change as the site does. The date at the top marks the current version, and using the site after a change counts as accepting it.
8. Questions
Anything unclear in these terms can be raised at contact@tsunadeaichat.com.
